Work includes removal of old hot water heater and replace with new hot water heater. Work also includes bringing hot water heater up to code and haul away of old hot water heater. Install  dielectric unions if needed. Replace any flex gas line with black iron gas pipe if needed up 10' feet.  There will be an additional charge if more then 10' is needed. Install gas valve if needed. Install water cut off valve. Replace flue pipe if needed up to 2' feet is needed. There will be an additional charge if more than 2' feet.

Work includes removal of old hot water heater and replace with new hot water heater. Also bring hot water heater up
to code,  install  dielectric unions if needed, install water cut off valve if needed.

Replace Or Install Dielectric Unions On Hot Water Heater      $127.50 Labor Charge Only
Work includes removal of old dielectric unions and replace with new  dielectric unions.

Replace Or Install  Relief Valve On Hot Water Heater        $85.00 Labor Charge Only
Work includes removal of old relief valve and replace with new  relief valve

Replace Or Install  Drain Valve On Hot Water Heater        $85.00 Labor Charge Only
Work includes removal of old drain valve and replace with new  drain valve. provided that the old drain valve
is not to old or corroded to be replaced.
